2014 Flood Impact

During week 2 of the OLT hearing, the City of Burlington Legal team referenced the 2014 Flood Impact summary in the cross examination of the Millcroft Greens expert. Only 1 report of flooding was initially reported by the MIllcrot Greens expert yet 961 Millcroft residents reported flood impacts. 30% of the total reports of flooding issues for the City of Burlington were reported by Millcroft residents.
